[Resolved] HDFC Bank — miss behavior

Dear sir
I'm very sorry to inform you that the branch manager of banka branch are so unbehavior. He dosen't co-operate any banking issues and dosen't give proper information which want to know customers, as well as he reply straight & dry language, he used no any formalities, no normality.
For it i feel so same to go the branch.
So kindly request you make remember him that how to behave with customers. Thanks.

As I was not using a credit card and I received a mail also of some 5214 Rs outstanding amount without using card for last few months..My grievance is that when I was offered this card it was said from HDFC executive that it is free for Life time..Then how one can raise a bill...
