Dear personnel,
I have send multiple letter as a request to change my mobile number registered with my credit card account from +91-[protected] to +91-[protected] since one month. Though it has not been happened due to signature mismatch problem.
I don't actually understand why do you not able to verify my signature though i have send signature declaration form along with mobile number change request form in which i have put signature which has not been changed ever since. I am using same signature as i did earlier.
If your system find any mismatching then clarify it manually or verify my credential details as per your norms, but this issue can't be solved by sending you letters multiple times if the issue is going to persist anyhow. It has been complete harassment from your side since last since month and it will be forcing me to terminate my credit card.
There has been small request to change just mobile number. You are neither providing facility to change it using my net-banking account and nor providing me any other way to do that. Your costumer care executives are just helpless on this issue.
Kindly assist this problem and make this process complete asap without any letter or signature issue.
