Hi sir,

Iam suneel i booked tickets from irctc portal on october 1 from visakhapatnam to secunderabad durontho express fare rs 1885 and other 1885 amount debited but tickets not generated and till now i did not received refund amount to my bank account and my account details are [protected] and ifsc code hdfc0000050
Please reply me as soon as possible

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Request you to write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with your account number, a confirmation email from IRCTC confirming the refund details and the reference id TTU[protected]. A bank representative shall contact you as soon as we receive this information We would also like to caution you against posting sensitive information such as your Account number / Mobile number on a public forum.
