Hi sir,

Iam suneel i booked tickets from irctc portal on october 1 from visakhapatnam to secunderabad durontho express fare rs 1885 and other 1885 amount debited but tickets not generated and till now i did not received refund amount to my bank account and my account details are [protected] and ifsc code hdfc0000050
Please reply me as soon as possible
