[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money deducted after failed transaction and not refunded after 5 days | |||
On 13/02/2017, monday a transaction of rs.401.00 at 13:21:34 pm was carried out at yo china, faridabad via my debit card. The money had been deducted from my bank account but the transaction had failed due to which i had to pay in cash. It is now saturday, 17/02/2017 and yet i haven't received any acknowledgement regarding it. Customer service is of no help. Kindly look into the matter. The amount of money isn't the matter, the poor services is the concern. Such incidents show untrustworthy issues. Was this information helpful? | |||
