[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money deducted from the payzapp account but not loaded to the mobile number on 4th september | |||
Hi team, I am having an issue with my payzapp account with registered mobile number ([protected]) Pyzapp card number: [protected] On sep4th 2017 i made the transaction through the payzapp account. I sent the amount of 5000 rs to another mobile number. The amount was deducted from my account but not loaded to that number. When i tried to calling the customer care people, always not connecting and i mailed to them twice, but no response. Please help me on this, revert back my amount to the account again. Verified Support Sep 20, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Post checking the details, we see that the P2P sends money transaction for Rs.5, 000.00/- on 04-Sep-2017 and the transaction had failed.
