Hi, I have received a message from hdfc bank stating that "alert: 365rs spent via credit card xxx6066 at hotstar1436370 on[protected]:15:40:02 without pin/otp .I didnot register my card with any hot star etc... My money got debited from my credit card account... Am not using that.. Please credit my money... I want my money back to my account Please take the action as soon as possible. Thank you. Verified Support May 20, 2021 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We note that you have certain reservations regarding the transaction of Rs.299.00 on 18/05/2021 at M/s WWW HOTSTAR COM. We wish to inform you that we have received an authorization request for the transaction and the same was approved. However, we observe from our records that the transaction has not been debited to your card account. Since the transaction has not been claimed by the merchant within 03 days, we confirm that the amount blocking the credit limit has been restored appropriately. In the event, the transaction gets billed to the credit card account, we request you to share a scanned copy of the complete Cardholder dispute form to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and we shall assist you.
