[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — money is not refunded yet in my bank account

My name is vijay kumar neethipudi, i have order two products in amazon and paytm using my hdfc credit card and unfortunatively, i've cancelled those two orders, both the shopping sites started refunding process and sending a confirmation messages, these all happens in jan 30 2018. Its been 16 days, but i still not get those money. I'm providing those screen shots also. Please look into the issues
