HDFC Bank — money not added in payzapp wallet

Hi,

I have added 11, 000 rs to my payzapp wallet from my debit card on 10/10/2018.

But it deducted from my account and not added in to my wallet (Mobile no.- [protected]/user name-ranmeet singh).

Please resolve this issue and refund my money back asap.

Note:- i wasn't able to reach over customer care no.[protected]
