[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Money not refunded even after 10 days of failed transaction | |||
I did a transaction for electricity bill pay of Rs 4, 513/- on 22 May which was declined due to technical issues with payzapp. After repeated calls and email exchanges with payzapp and smartbuy, nothing has happened. First they said it takes 48-72 hours, then said 7 days. Now its been over 10 days and I have received no concrete response. The one copy pasted response I am getting since last 5 days is this: "As per your query, we would like to inform that the complaint is passed on to the relevant team and they are working on it. Request you to provide us sometime and we will get back to you soon." Now how do I define "sometime". If I try to call[protected], it doesn't connect at all. Where the hell is my Money??
