[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money reversal | |||
On 16 june i went to my nearest atm to withdraw a sum of 500. But after a long wait i was shown a error message that it was some server issue and that atm also swallowed my card! I was told to come the next day for my card. When i reached home i got the message that my miney was deducted. I waited for 7 days as this is normal in the case of failed transactions! Then i informed my bank and they filed a query regarding this to hdfc bank then i waited another 7 days but still no response! I dont know what to do its been 20 days now! Verified Support Jul 05, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, In case your other bank card gets stuck in HDFC bank's ATM machine, the card holder has to log a request within 3 working days to collect the card back from the Bank. Where can the other bank card holder log in his / her request : Visit your nearest HDFC Bank Branch and report your retained card request. Or Write an email to help desk team at - [protected]@hdfcbank.com with card details, the name mentioned on the card, card issuing bank and contact details. In case the customer has not logged any request for collection of the card within 3 Days, the card will be destroyed as per standard card usage practice, In such scenario, the cardholder needs to apply for a fresh card.
