Subject: Debit card fraud
Respected sir,
With humble submission I would like to inform you that I received a phone call regarding rewars points redeemption from [protected], [protected] at 11:04 am on 29/09/2018 where they asked my debit card number and details, initially I had a doubt on them so I asked them to confirm then they told me my Email id, Date of birth, and HDFC account number. then I gave them my debit card details then they told me that they will send a code and I need to tell them. unfortunately I told them then they disconnected the call, immediately I got a message from HDFC that withdrawing RS .8457.00( eight thousand four husband fifty seven rupees) in NOIDA at PLAY GOOGLE 1121386 on 29/09/2018 11:24:14 am.
I called HDFC customer care and I requested to block my account at 29/09/2018 12:45 pm

Same thing happens when we receive calls from Credit Card collection agents. HDFC Bank has the right to outsource their work. No problem with that. But why our card details and all? A third party caller tells my card number and my account balance. How can he be authorized to know my account details? HDFC Bank should do something about this. This is a matter of integrity and security.
