I initiated imps payment of RS.70000 yesterday on 09-May-2023 from my HDFC Bank account to other bank account from mobile app. However the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to beneficiary account.
I then received message on my register mobile: "Failed: Your money transfer of INR 70, 000.00 on 09-05-23 timed out. For status, contact beneficiary(HDFC Bank IMPS Ref *******)"
When I check with beneficiary bank account people, they confirmed that money hasn't reached yet and asked me to check with HDFC Bank. Request to credit the amount back to my HDFC account. Was this information helpful? |
