[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money transferred not credited to beneficiary account. | |||
I am ritesh, I have saving account with hdfc bank with account number: xxxxxx customer id: xxxxx. I have done one transaction by my bhim app for rs.1000/- to [protected]@upi id. The above said transaction is debit to my bank on 31.12.2017 and bhim app also showing transaction status as success, but the money are not credit to receiver account. Please find below screenshots for your reference, and kindly help me to get back rs.1000/- back to my account. I have written email to hdfc prime banking team, but they are not resolving the issue.
