[Resolved] HDFC Bank — My credit card not acceptable | |||
My credit card no.[protected]. To utter my surprise it was de activated without my knowledge, leaving me embraced for non payment of my purchases. I have received a message for payment of rs about less than rs 500/, for renewal of the card, which was paid. You as hdfc bank may treat your business departments separately, as a customer having a loan, like saving account, current account, insurance policies, car insurances, house loans, car loans, stock investments, and some other loans. My only question is, do i have to deal with different departments for each issue, if please let me know by 24 hours. So that i can plan accordingly. I have all the documents for my complaint.
