[Resolved] HDFC Bank — my credit card stopped working | |||
Hi, I have an hdfc credit card from past two years. Two weeks back, it abruptly stopped working i, e the payments are getting declined through the card. I have no idea why it is happening since there is no due to be cleared as i had paid all my previous bills. Very poor customer service as they have completely managing it boots and my problem is not listed any where in their systems. Kindly look into this issue or else you will loose a potential customer.
