Verified Support Nov 01, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would lie to state that the debit card was sent to your mailing address, however, the same was returned due to reason 'CONSIGNEE SHIFTED FROM THE GIVEN ADDRESS'. I have visited my home branch & also i request my new address update & he told me your debit card will send u shortly.coz my registered address I m not staying there, my office was shifted another location.so I didn't not get my debit card, also my registered mobile number was not working 5years ago to till date, so you send me the debit card also status of courier blue dart not given me the debit card, so I track my consignment no -AWB-[protected], status shown 'CONSIGNEE SHIFTED FROM THE GIVEN ADDRESS'.,
So plz update my new address below :
