Dear sir/madom,

My name is manish prajapati, this is to inform you that my waiver amount rs.2100am using sb account, but it was salary account before 1 year. I didn't used as 1 year, now am using the same account as salary account fro new company, also i given the request letter for change my sb account to salary account near to the branch. Am keeping above rs.10000 in my same account with the instruction of your customer care people. But in this month 15/10/2017 the bank will again charged rs.705to 3 time from my account in same day without any other information. I given my mobile number and mail id. So these people are not responsibility take for the customers. Am very believing the services of hdfc bank. So kindly waiver the same amount to the same hdfc bank account. Plz waiver my amount. Hardly 1 month complited. Monu sir say aftre same time.

Kindly note that AMB charges have been levied in your account for non-maintenance of AMB in the month of October. The charges have been levied correctly as per the Bank's Schedule of fees and charges. You can re-designate an account to Salary Account provided your employer has an arrangement with the bank for the Corporate Salary Account Programme. In case an arrangement exists, request you to visit the nearest branch along with your latest employment details / Letter from you Company HR Department for updation to continue with the existing account as a Salary Account to enjoy corporate salary account benefits.
