[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Negative balance | |||||
Hello Team, I was joined in one of IT company, that company opened HDFC as my salary account in 2015, i worked there for 1 year and after that I left that job because of study reason. J am not using that a/c from 1 year. And now i.e.after 1 year It is showing negative balance of more than 8, 000. Please help me in closing the account. According to new RBI guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine. same problem mera bhi huva tha mera bhi -8300 tha. 2 din pahele mai bank me jake bol diya unhone account close kar diya, koi problem nahi, aap jake bol do, aapka bhi problem solve ho jayega.
