HDFC BANK of bhandarkar road pune is maintaining my salary account with negative balance and charging me monthly 600 rs per month.

Branch name : Bhandarkar road pune

My salary account is inactive since Jan 2015 and I have been charged continuously. Once I went to nearest HDFC BANK to close the account but they declined and even not given me account closure form and directed to go to Bhandarkar branch
