HDFC Bank — Negative balance in my account | |||
I have opened salary account in my first company but I haven't used it as it was delayed to open account so I have submitted another bank account for salary account. Later on salary account in hdfc converted to savings. As I am not using hdfc account I have been getting messages for negative balance. I tried to contact customer care, they asked me to contact home branch. Due to covid lockdown i could not go to home branch which is in Chennai and I live in Telangana. Now negative balance is 2800, I want to close my account but they are asking me pay negative balance first. Was this information helpful? | |||
