HDFC Bank — Negative balance in my savings account

Hello,
I have having a negative balance around 10900 in my savings account of HDfC kharadi branch, Pune. Customer no is 47639002. I can you please get the account closed. I used the account for three years and stopped the use in Mid of April.
Can u please help. I have been to kharadi branch but they are not ready to waive off the charges.
