[Resolved] HDFC Bank — negative balance in saving account

Sir, I had applied to open saving account in hdfc bank, lonavala, maharashrta branch micr[protected]. My saving account number is [protected] and customer id 23667018. Some times back i have withdrawn entire balance amount from my account due to some need. Recently i went to bank to close this saving account. There i was told that my bank account has negative balance and it cannot be closed without depositing the amount of negative balance. It seems that amb penalty is levied on me even on zero balance thereby creating negative balance.
