[Resolved] HDFC Bank — negative balance on my account | |||
First company that i worked with opened up a HDFC account and i lost that job since the company closed down and i started with a different company and a different bank account. I was never informed that i would he charged by the bank for non maintenance and now when goin through a few articles of RBI GUIDELINES i found out that banks are not supposed to charge consumers for the same. I want to continue with the account but i dont want to pay for the negative balance on my account so request you to waive the charges off so that i can link the account with my new company and start of with the account again. I have been with HDFc for a really long time now and thats the only reason i dont want to close the account. Was this information helpful? | |||
