HDFC Bank — negative balance on my account

Hi, I have told your bank executives to convert my amount of hdfc bank credit card into emi's so that i can pay it easily but still bank has put lien on my account which goes -43k then put -70k again for the loan i will pay regularly from next month but please remove the hold from my account. I have to pay hospital fees also. Hold is on my salary account and if i get salary it will deduct i won't be able to bear hospital charges because salary gets deduct for 3 months.
