[Resolved] HDFC Bank — negative balance on the salary account. | |||
I had hdfc salary account few years ago in my previous company. After i changed my company i changed my salary account. Now its showing negative balance on my hdfc account. I have not been noticed to maintain any minimum balance, all of a sudden i have been started to charge. This doesn't look ethical from part of the bank. It is the duty of the bank to inform me that i have to maintain minimum balance in my account as it was salary account. I am not going to pay a penny and i would like to close my account. But now bank is asking me to pay the negative balance in my savings account in order to close it. Was this information helpful? | |||
