[Resolved] HDFC Bank — negligence from responding to queries from the staff

Dear sir/madam,
This is to bring to your notice that i have been trying to close down my credit card account with hdfc bank for the last 3months but haven't got any satisfactory resolution till date and my balances have been increasing, i am not working anymore due to frequent health issues and have spoken to many supervisors and managers with your collection team.

I have been requesting to release the lean from my debit account and keep getting calls from your team to make a payment, i have clearly mentioned about my health issues to various people still they are incompetent to pass on the same information on records, request you to help me in settling the account and getting rid of the harassment i am going through from the last 3months.

We note that you have sought clarification with regard to your credit card account. In this regard, we request you to provide the Last four digit of your credit card, registered mobile number and e-mail id, to enable us to do the needful.
