HDFC Bank — net banking | |
I'm trying to reset my net banking password (Ipin), by choosing otp sent to my registered email id and phone number option. I could get otp on my mobile number but not on my email id, on this email id i'm receiving all other emails from hdfc bank like email statements only otp is not being sent. Because of this, i'm unable to make any transactions from a while, and at the moment i can not use phone number+debit card option as my debit card is expired and going through this route is not an option at this point as i need a resolution asap. Also, i'm living in overseas and can not come in person to a bank for any resolution. So just make the otp sent to my email id that will be good enough as there is an emergency. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I’m trying to “Reset” my IPIN, in which case, OTP would be sent to BOTH email and phone. I’m not receiving OTP on email though I receive other type of emails from HDFC bank on the same email id. Please refer email complaint Ref#:[protected].
