[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — net banking transaction dispute

There has been wrong deduction of inr 1770 from my account on 1st october 2018, the payment deducted from my bank account and shown as not received by merchant. I have raised the complaint multiple times to customer care, also visited branch. However, the issue is still not resolved. I was informed by mail that amount will be credited in my bank account by 15th november, however nothing has been done till date.

We would like to inform that we have raised a chargeback vide ref # pdn108468. We will credit your a/c by 15-nov-18 (Working day) as per visa/mastercard tat provided we do not get a representment claim (That is proof of transaction) from the acquiring bank.

Further, we would like inform that we are liasing with acquiring bank for disputed transaction. We will revert to you once we receive any proof regarding the disputed transaction on or before 15-nov-18.
