[Resolved] HDFC Bank — netbanking on new a/c and demat activation

After completing proper documentation at sillod branch, maharashtra, it took 90 whole days just to activate my savings a/c! To add to the menace, although intetnet banking is properly activated, i can't do a damn transaction online, (Like transferring the funds).. As if this wasn't enough, they're taking forever to activate my demat a/c. And i'm left wondering which bank takes this long to give basic services like activating a goddamned functioning a/c??

Updated by Swapniel Sapkaal Hdfc Sillod branch won't issue me my account passbook yet because of a "nonfunctioning printer" excuse. I'm rating my first experience with HDFC sillod branch or overall as horrible ! The bank employees put on fake smiles and act as if they just don't care for customer complains or grievances ! So much for "priority banking" !
