[Resolved] HDFC Bank — never able to get through customer care reps

Its pathetic to see that such a huge bank has limited customer care reps. If you are unable to provide customer service, shut down the call centers. On weekends, you cant call them because they don't work and on weekdays, their numbers are always busy and they don't have service of calling you back. I have been holding the line for over 15 mins (My 3rd attempt) and then icing on the cake the call gets disconnected on its own.

Ps - i tried to open a demat account but now i will close my savings account also
