Its a shame to call myself a Priority Banking consumer of HDFC. My name is [censored]ij and I had placed a call with HDFC customer care number[protected] on 7th Dec 2015, requesting for understanding why I wasnt able to do an NEFT transfer. Whilst the issue got resolved on the call, the customer care rep mentioned that I should apply for a new Debit card which would come to be without any additional charge and I confirmed my request. Biggest mistake I made in the hindsight. My request reference number is BANR[protected].
I got an SMS 3 days after (10th Dec 2015) mentioning my new OTP but shockingly the card has still not been delivered!!!
Despite of me being a priority banking consumer, their stupid inefficiency has led to my current debit card being blocked and no ones willing to tell me whats the status of the new debit card. Horrifying experience. If ICICI or other banks are taking note of this complaint - please contact me, I am looking for a new bank. I am done with HDFC. Was this information helpful? |
