[Resolved] HDFC Bank — no communication after applying for loan | |
I am a customer of Hdfc bank. My all transactions are through HDFC bank only. My previous personal loan was approx. 10 lakhs, at that time I was working in India as a Scientist B, under Indian Council of Medical Research. Last year 6th Sept. 2018, I joined Saudi government job as Assistant professor. I was approached for top up loan in the month of March. I asked that now I am having NRI status can I get it.? I gave all the information about my previous loan and details asked by the bank. They told come and apply you are eligible. I applied for loan on 27th May 2019. I got application reference number with acceptance. Further I did not receive any message about my loan status. When I went to bank for enquiry after 7 days, a staff told me that my application has been declined. It is the duty of bank to update me about my loan application. Therefore, I complaint regarding the service of HDFC bank. My salary is 9320 SAR and I needed a top up of 5 lakh only and I had never missed any EMI of previous loan.
