I wanted to have my EDC machine replaced. I called the HDFC customer care number who gave me another contact number. I called the given contact and I was told that they did not deal in the EDC Machines. After going through the process for 10-15 calls, I finally got connected to the merchant services. The merchant services officials informed me that they wanted TID no. which was not given to me. So they gave me a bogus email id: [protected]@hdfcbank.com. The mail failed to get delievered. They are deducting 150 rupees from my account and have not properly installed the machine.
I do not know where else to bang my head as I was so frustrated with their services. I have been trying to reach a sensible solution for 8 hours through calling them and mailing them, but all in vain. Was this information helpful? |
