[Resolved] HDFC Bank — No messages received from bank side | |||||
I have not being receiving any banking related SMS from hdfc bank for the past 1 week. This has been after porting to BSNL. On contacting the BSNL side the have tried a full trace but banking messages are not received to their server. On contacting eith HDFC customer care they are not registering a complaint or even trying have a technical team discussion from their side with BSNL technical team. This is customer negligence. I request HDFC technical backend to contact BSNL @[protected] and find a proper resolution for the same ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||||
