HDFC Bank — no money received from atm amount is deducted

I am samjhana subba from singtam and i am a account holder of hdfc bank, i was trying to withdraw rs 3500 from hdfc atm no cash come out but money 3500 hundred was deducted on the date of 03/08/19. Many times i complain to hdfc bank they said to wait for again again and today 20 19 days completed but no reverse on my account, this is not possible to go again and again there because i am an employee...
