After a months time, there is no response (No soft copy or hard copy of certificate) for the policy purchased via online on 4th april 2018 to protect my personal loan taken from hdfc (Agreement no.:[protected].

Complained thrice to either refund or give the policy certificate but received only the auto generated ids and didn't resolve the problem.
