Dear sir/madam My self shaba hassan mirza hdfc credit card holder card no :[protected] On 23-oct-2017 i have initiated 2 transactions using hdfc payzapp with refference no [protected]uu78rw5 (Imps-withdrawls_ 5000 rs status failed wallet no [protected] [protected] _loaded in wallet _5000rs status failed Payzapp also confirmed in mail stating that funds will be credited with in 5 working days still it has not ben credited yet, i have also contacted to senior authorities of hdfc bank they are not answering the mails Kindly look into this matter and help me to get rid and credit my funds back to source credit card Regards Shaba hassan mirza Mob:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
