I am a 5+ yrs old credit card holder of HDFC. This month I got a late fee and a finance chg on my account and I do not understand why as I dropped the cheque in advance.Icalled up the customer care and they said that they do not have any access to a customer's account details and I need to write an email to'customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com' and I did so explaining my problem on 18th April but got no response. I sent them a reminder on 20th..stillno response. Today I sent another reminder but no response at all. I am really unhappy with the way they put unwanted charges and then do not respond to emails or help over the phone. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? |
