[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — no responses

Hdfc is playing me around since last couple of months. they keep on saying that email us and we would respond to you and solve the query within 5-7 working days but every time you respond to their email they would again take 5-7 days just to respond. during one of the last email, they wrote in the email that someone contacted me, but truth was no one contacted me as specified in the email, it was all lie. i told this to their dept as well and again got promised senior would call you back. i am really not happy with the service.

this was in regards to a refund.

i am getting same response for last 2 months.. i hope 2 months is bigger than 3-4 working days.

after putting so many requests as well, i am still getting fake promises. i asked for a simple letter as well, which i haven't got any update, just email we would respond in few days.
common, get it resolved

i am still getting promised something. someone said to me to give them 48 hrs. it is more than week now, nothing has happened.

This is an update regarding this complaint. Your service is absolutely ridiculous. Different people are giving me different info . No respect to customers at all .

How many times do I have to go and sign . Why you just copy paste same emails again and again .

I need your someone higher authority email or phone . I’m really not happy .

i am still awiaiting a response. what are consumer complaints people are doing about this? i thought this would portal to help customers.
