Hdfc is playing me around since last couple of months. they keep on saying that email us and we would respond to you and solve the query within 5-7 working days but every time you respond to their email they would again take 5-7 days just to respond. during one of the last email, they wrote in the email that someone contacted me, but truth was no one contacted me as specified in the email, it was all lie. i told this to their dept as well and again got promised senior would call you back. i am really not happy with the service. this was in regards to a refund. How many times do I have to go and sign . Why you just copy paste same emails again and again . I need your someone higher authority email or phone . I’m really not happy .
