[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — non adjustment of cashback amount

My name is chiranjib roy.in october 2018 i purchased a cell phone which had a 2000 rupees cashbach scheme. The phone cost me around 26000 rupees under hdfc finance pvt ltd. The emi tenure was of nine months and the emi started from november 2018. At the time of purchase i was told thatthe 2000 rupees cashback will be adjusted in the subsequent emis. The loan account number is [protected].in the course only rs 999 has been adjusted so far and the remaining amount has still not been adjusted. This july is the last month of the emi and i am very displeased at such a treatment from the bank's side. I have contacted the bank officials several times but they don't have any clue. I want a fast solution and adjustment of the remaining amount quickly. Waiting for your reply.

Sorry. But whomsoever I approached said me that they dont know about the cashback issue. None of them gave me a solution.

Thank you. But What about the cashback adjustment? If I pay the outstanding amount then when and how will the cashback be adjusted?
