HDFC Bank — non-issuance of no dues certificate

I am simply requesting a no-due certificate for my credit card that was settled long back. I just have the card number with me and i have lost my registered mobile number. Even after making repeated requests via mail and post to the cards division in chennai, i don't seem to get any respond from them. Neither do they respond me with anything on phone banking as now the card is supposedly blocked and not active anymore. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
