I am account holder of HDFC Bank having account no. [protected]
On 15/1/2015 a sum of Rs. 100000/-( One hundred thousand ) was debited
on my request to open FDR for which the Form for opening the FDR A/c
was processed by HDFC Bank sector 20 Panchkula.
Despite my several visits and telephonic requests made to the branch I am not able
to receive any FDR receipt from them. Today I again approached the Branch
and they showed helplessness to issue me FDR. They told me they have since
forwarded the detail to their Central Team of the Bank but no response received
from the Central Team.
I wrote to hdfcbank emal id : [protected]@hdfcbank.com but did not receive
satisfactory response for issuing or uploading the FDR.
Please do help me.
