[Resolved] HDFC Bank — non maintenance charge | |||
Hello team, I have created the salary account in hdfc (July 2016), but my company not using hdfc account and credit my salary to other bank. I didn't use my hdfc account till now, today i thought of transfer money and start using the account, but they are asking 7047 rs for non maitanance charge. I really don't understand the concept, why should i pay this amount. I really feel bad about this. If i want to close this account also, they wanted this amount. This is not good for customers. I get 1-2 calls from HDFC regarding Personal Loan requirement. I dont have any requirement and I will not have any requirement in the future. Can you please remove my number from your call center call list?
