HDFC Bank — Non receipt of credit card statement for December2013 | |||
I am a TITANIUM edge card holder My mobile phone is registered with HDFC bank. I am not in receipt of statement for Dec2013. Due date to pay due amount is Fixed 5th of every month. I have requested several time to bank to inform me the due amount to pay to bank by SMS. They never inform. After due date they inform by SMS about the penalty charged.
