[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Non receipt of survival benefit after 3 yrs of closure | |||||
(1) 3 policies were taken on behalf of my wife for which premium was paid by me - no. 10134941, 10139804, 10140276 thru my hdfc bank a/c. (2) on maturity, address change was communicated to them many times with address proofs but amount has not been recieved till date even after detailed reminders for the last 3 yrs. (3) complaints have been made to all levels for escalation & documents loaded to their whatsap no. / on - line site also. (4) deliberate delay by them. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Furnished wrong information by the employee concern at time of policy selling My Application No.[protected], I want to rejected the policy so I want refund the 1st installment of Rs-24000.00 .in my a/c of HDFC Bank, Katwa BR., Dist -Burdwan.
