[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not able to receive otp on my registered mobile number.

Hi,
This is swapnil shelavale,
Form last 7 days i am not able to receive otp for any kind of online transaction. I am not able to do any online transaction because of this issue.
Due to wrong answer by me for security question, you have blocked my netbanking secure access. To unlock it again i will need otp for netbanking log in.
I tried your customer care phone banking, but nothing has helped me. You people have not gave me satisfactoty solution till date.
I want this issue to be resolve in next 2 days.

Updated by swapnilshelavale I have already shared you my details, But still no response/ Clarification from your side.
Please take this issue seriously, as i am unable to do any transaction and unlock my secure access through Net banking.
