[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not able to see fastag application status and no customer care support

Hello,
I applied for hdfc fastag online and i havent received any update on the fastag till now about the application status (Mainly courier details).

I tried calling hdfc fastag number for last 3 days, its been always busy. No other way to find the status also.

How can we contact you otherwise? This is very bad service.

Application reference number : hfr871973

Only reason applied in hdfc, since i have savings account in that and no way to track the status
