[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — not collection documents

Hi,

With reference to caption application i'm waiting for sales person to whom i have provided my all documents earlier. However i tried many times to call him for collect my address proof and process my application but he is not responding.

Request you to pl take this as my complaint and help me here to get my credit card asap.

I am Hdfc credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card number 545964******1709 without my authorization on date 21/10/2017
I don't want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take necessary action asap.
