HDFC Bank — Not credit my amount

I was take a hdfc super income plan on 29.04.2016 amount debited was 47285/= and my application is incomplete due to some error from your ashok marg hdfc branch employee manoj kumar and rajesh thakur.my proposal number is[protected] and receipt number is [protected].they assure me that your amount will be credited within week but near about one month have been passed but my amount still not credited into my account where i go, and what will i do .continuiously calling your employee manoj and rajesh but my problem is not solved . i am totally disappointed to your service and ur employee i also called my personal banker she suggest that u can individually do complaint as i do plz solve my complian as soon as possible
