[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not get cashback on purchasing iphone 11 pro max | |
Hi team, Hdfc cust id: 58527777 I have purchased an iphone for inr 109900.00/- on the 5th of december, 2019. There was a cashback of inr 7000/-, for which i was told that i will be getting it after 3 months/90 days. But after 3 months/90 days i haven't received the cashback yet. Also i called the hdfc phone banker and they told me i will be getting it in the last week of march but still i am witing for the cashback in the month of april. So can you please provide me with an update when shall i receive the cashback or the necessary steps to be taken by me to receive the cashback.
